Make sure that your name, address, and phone number is included with your shipment.
Make sure to label your both your recovery drive and destination media drive.
3) We will contact you when you order is placed, and again when your drive is received at our facility.
We will diagnose your recovery situation and contact you with a no-obligation quote for the recovery.
A) Purchase the recovery as quoted and receive your recovered files in 5-15 business days. Ten is typical, but it does sometimes take a little longer depending on the recovery situation.
B) refuse the quote and pay only $24.99 for our diagnosis time and the return shipment of the drive.
We accept PayPal for all online transactions. You will receive a PayPal invoice by email when payment is required.
